From Bay Place Software :MARS (Membership and Activity Records System) is a complete membership, contact, and activity database for non-profit organizations. MARS keeps track of mailing lists, contact and organizational interests, events and classes, organizations and their staff members, family members, volunteer hours, communications, fundraising activities, administrative tasks, payments of all kinds, and of course member renewals and other membership activity.
You can find information in literally thousands of different ways, and then produce reports, emails, mailing lists, labels, form letters, and all kinds of renewal materials. MARS was specifically designed to be easy to use. MARS has just one screen, five tabs, and zero menus. Full-time and part-time staff as well as volunteers can use MARS effectively and productively. Version 3.16 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
