"Free version is very limited, Better free alternatives"
Pros: I can't really say because I didn't use this program long enough for its positive attributes to impress me.
Cons: The free version limits you to 500 items. If you find this program useful you'll hit this limitation pretty quickly and then you'll need to pay $50 or $100 to buy versions of the software that allow 2000 or unlimited items, respectively (for students the unlimited version is $80).
There are two better free alternatives I'll suggest
1. Use Evernote. I don't use it but you might find it's just right for you.
2. (The alternative I use) Use the Firefox extension called ScrapBook for web annotation (I switched to Firefox just because the ScrapBook extension is so good). Optionally, you can use the free version of Personal Brain to supplement ScrapBook, and help keep you organized.

"Works quick, good functionality and a fine overview; many possibilities"
Pros: For professional and personal use this software gives one everything what is needed to develop an knowledge base of internet-pages in a simple and quick way. It invites one to update it regularly by the way it functions.
Cons: I am no professional, but max. 233 items for a free use really is too little, even for personal use. So I really do not need this program and I cannot buying very nice working program (for budget reasons).
