KeySuite goes beyond the built-in Palm OS applications for personal information management and is the convenient companion to Microsoft Outlook for your Palm Powered handheld. KeySuite software eliminates the need to reorganize, rename, and revise information in Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes in order to meet the limitations of the built-in Palm OS Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad.

Picture will only display on the Treo 650, Tungsten T5, LifeDrive, and Zire 72. On a Treo 650 and Treo 600, pressing the phone button or the Center button while a contact's phone number is highlighted in the Detailed Phone list view will dial that number. On a Treo 650 and Treo 600, pressing and holding the phone button or the Center button while a contact is selected will open the KeyContacts Dial form, allowing you to pick a number to dial.

Version: KeySuite 3.4.2

"Finally can use multiple catagories on my Palm!"

Pros: I use Outlook contacts for my phone, Palm and PC. Palm's 15 categories and the Palm limit of one category per contact made managing my contacts nearly impossible. KeySuite removes these limits and adds nice features like smart searching of contacts. Thanks

Cons: Searching the whole Palm now takes 24 seconds and before it only took 4. Note, I have 2400 contacts. I hope they fix the search speed in a later version.
