Journal, as it says - nomen est omen - is a small app which allows you to write your diary on your Computer. Just select the Day you want in the Calendar-View, then click on the little Entry-Icon which will appear in the lower left corner oft the day to open the Editor. There you can enter the Subject, Participants and of course the diary. Journal also has a great Search-Engine based on Apple's new Search-Technology which uses an Indexing-Progress to create an index of the data you want to search trough. "Dont waste your time. This download does not work!"
Version: Journal 1.1
Pros
None. I couldn't try the product every time I clicked download now it loaded a page that said "die (then the url of the site) die"...
Cons
May be a virus, maybe a bad link, maybe the site was just down... but it looked fishy, and regardless its CNET and what happened with me should not happen with any download link from cnet downloads...
Summary
This is a waste of your time... I'm posting this so I can save someone else the trouble... You will not be able to download a program I don't know what the story behind it is, but I know that it is not real...

"Very nice application"

At a very nice price. Clean and well organized. Not sure why it needs such a large area for entries (on the right hand side) when there only seems to be capability for one entry per day. The biggest problem for me, and the reason I took a star off, is that there are not any export capabilities. Once content is is it seems the only way to get it out is print or copy/paste. -

This app has got definite potential. I love the Calendar view for starters - its something I was looking for in MacJournal - or at least a way of linking MacJournal and iCal. I do find it a little slow on my system, and some little features are a bit annoying, such as the fact that it can't be resized any smaller vertically. However, for a first release, I'm very impressed and will be eagerly watching development. I won't personally switch over from MacJournal until the range of features is comparable, such as web integration, and the nice drawer feature. But the icon is nicer :). Nice, clean and simple, highly recommended. Four stars for potential.
