Job Application Assistant is a convenient tool for finding vacancies on Craigslist.org and replying to them in a quick and intuitive manner. The program features a simple interface that makes it a great fit even for people with minimal computer skills. Job Application Assistant lets you create a list of recipients by browsing the site and marking interesting postings. Once done, it generates an email message with a cover letter that can also contain your resume. It also automatically modifies each message by including a reference to the original subject and includes your personal information for ease of communications. Once you have selected the necessary recipients, you can click a button to have Job Application Assistant do the rest of the work for you! The program let you view the history of sent emails and browse Craigslist.org in a built-in browser without leaving the program.

Pros
You can easily click on the posting that you want to reply and it will add it to the send list.
It automatically adds your information and individualizes each posting.
Saves you half the time by one click, this is awesome!!Cons
So far, I have used it for a couple days and dont have any complaints...
Oh yeah, just wish it worked for all other job search sites like indeeed, monster and every other site for job seekers.Summary
I love this and recommend to anyone that's looking for a job. This app does most of the work for you. All you need to do is search craigslist for jobs listings that interest you, add to your send list and click to send. That easy. Its not bad at all. Had my doubts at first. Thought the replys would be too corny or not look personalized as how they should be but I was wrong. Try it and you will see what I mean.
