Publisher's Description
From Cranberry Publishing:
Provides a free subscription to Home Computer Magazine, a standard PDF based monthly magazine from Cranberry Publishing, a UK technology magazine publisher. No information is sent to the server and no user registration is required, but a small file is downloaded each logon (c.70 bytes) to check if a new issue has been published. If it has, it asks if you wish to download it and if you do, it then stores it for easy access later. Home Computer Magazine is a free magazine for home PC users with reviews, tutorials, and features included. By using Issue Manager, you also get a free bonus tutorial each issue which is only made available to subscribers.

"Problematic"
Version: Issue Manager 1.0
Pros
It brings every past issue of the excellent online magazine "Home Computer Magazine" to you automatically.. just like it says on the tin..
Cons
I couldn't automatically access the downloaded magazines and bonus subjects in the open program by clicking on them, It stated there were problems with missing/corrupt Dll's, I had to trawl through my PC to the magazines folder in the Issue Manager Folder to open them there, a real bind. In the end, to get quicker access I decided to copy and save the contents of the downloaded magazine folder to another one in My documents and access them there, also, the program seemed to interfere with my broadband dialup on a later re-boot presumably because it wants to connect to the net on startup ("another program is already trying to connect to the net") As my pc is not configured to automatically connect to the net on startup without my say so I couldn't re-connect again until I had removed it. If these issues are dealt with I would consider re-downloading the program but until then I will get the magazine direct.

"Quick & Easy to use"
Version: Issue Manager 1.0
Pros
Product downloaded without hitches and enabled me to download Issues 3 of free PC mag with no fuss. Does what it says on the tin and 10Mb is nothing by todays standards IMHO. Recommended if you want to get the free magazine which I believe is worth it.

"You can't beat a free magazine"
Version: Issue Manager 1.0
Summary
Nice and easy to use. Install it and it tells you new magazines are available. Choose to download them now or later (or never). That simple: no cost and no registration. The magazine you get is a PC centric publication in case that wasn't clear.
-
"Simple utility, but the magazine it delivers is excellent."
Version: Issue Manager 1.0
Summary
Simply install the utility and it tells you what new magazines are available. When I used it there was a full magazine and an additional supplement available, both computing titles, but that's what I was expecting. You need broadband, but then, they tell you that. The magazines are really well produced too.

"Brilliant!!!"
Version: Issue Manager 1.0
Summary
Easy to use, low on system resources & uses very little memory even at peak. After I downloaded my first magazine it appeared in the main window to give me instant access to my PDF, so I can read my magazines with ease. I highly recommend this to all subscribers, to top it off, I got a bonus magazines too!!!

"It Sucks!!! NO Good!!!"
Version: Issue Manager 1.0
Summary
After you download it you click the button to get new magazines, it says downloading magazines. The magazines are more than 10MB long and it just wastest the memory for a simple magazine. I dont recomend this product
