From ITLogy :HyperAdmin is a Web based Virtual Server management application. HyperAdmin allows administrators to quickly organize and navigate their Microsoft Virtual Server environment. Administrators can create logical views or collections of virtual machines running on different Virtual Servers. Administrators can then connect to and administer these machines with a minimal number of clicks.

"Finally a good web interface for Microsoft Virtual Server"
Pros: Flexible, good design, allows me to manage virtual machines from different servers, which is not easy with native interface. Nice support for managing ISOs, allows you to quickly mange your VMs, add notes etc.
Cons: I still need to use the native interface every once in a while
