Version: Handy Address Book 3.5
"Clean, Straight Forward & Easy to Use"
Pros: The layout is easy to read & navigate through. The bottom section shows individual phone numbers, addresses, e mail addresses, & catagories which are also easy to edit or to add your own catagory. You can view all, by alphabet or by catagory. Phone numbers can be dialed directly from the computer as long as your modem is connected to the phone jack. Fairly easy to import from Windows own address book after some trial & error. One of a very few programs I tried that would successfully import data.
Installed with no problems & seems to work fine with no slow down on an 8 year old 1.8 computer with 256MB of ram.
Cons: E-mail support doesn't work, doesn't seem to support my e mail. Would be nice to incorporate a calendar or schedular in the future, especially for the price. Although the free trial had no limitations, I think there should be a 15 or 30 day trial rather than a 60 use trial. I used up most of the uses just trying to learn it.
