Version: Handy Address Book 3
"I checked out 5 different products, but Handy address book is by far the best!"
Pros: Ease of use. Great features like the map link.
Cons: I liked everything, but would suggest a feature showing ready-made formats such as the ability to create a wallet-sized book, etc. I accomplished this by changing margins.
-
Version: Handy Address Book 3
"THE BEST of four I have tried !"
Pros: Easy to learn and use. Simple data entry.
Good import/export options. Without a doudt, better than Outlook-Express/Windows
Contacts. Prints a nice page size book.
Worth the cost with future updates.
Cons: Not as good as Outlook for importing and combining dupes...printing a small booklet.
-
Version: Handy Address Book 3
"NOT for Mozilla Thunderbird users!"
Pros: Just like the name implies, Handy. Simple, with seemingly great features.
Cons: Doesn't allow you to import an .ldif (contacts) file which is Thunderbirds format. Even if you export from Thunderbird to a .csv file for importing to Handy Address Book, the columns are all wrong such as part of the address in the primary phone column, first names duplicated, etc.
If you're a staunch Outlook user this is for you. Thunderbird users, entering EVERYTHING manually is the only way for you.
Accepted import formats: .csv .txt .vcf .abk only.
