Version: Handy Address Book 1.5
Pros: I have been searching for a long time for an address book that I could address labels and envelopes from and this little Handy Address Book is the greatest. It's very easy to customize and you can import address's from Outlook. This program is worth every penny that I paid for it and more.
Cons: I wanted to add a note, "Attention Manager", to my envelopes in the address field and when I done this it eliminated my address bar code. I switch over and put the note in the return address area and spaced it down to the center of the envelope so this wasn't a problem after all.

"Replacement for Parsons Address Book for Windows"
Pros: When I transferred my programs to a new computer I was sorry to see that my Parson's Address Book for windows no longer worked. I had over 990 addresses in it and needed a substitute. A Google search identified Handy Address Book. I was able to create a comma separated values file (.csv) with the old program, rename it as a .doc file and use that to import into Handy Address Book. Including discovery I was up and running in an hour.

"Love it. Rapid data input, excellent data import and export"
Pros: Searched a long time for a program to replace my old Parsons Technology Address Book for Windows 3.0. Needed a replacement after an upgrade from 98 to XP. This one looks and acts very similarly. I like to keep my address book separate from other programs. I appreciate ease of data input and have to have good export/import capabilites. I also like to easily print address books both full page and 4x7 size. I can also customize the book page size and font. There are advanced features I shall probably use. Since it works and looks like my beloved 10+year old former address program, after my .mmf data import I was up and running and printing immediately. I would have paid twice the registration fee for this one.
