Froogle is a service of Google and 'FroogleUp' is an application to manage your product listing and submit them to Froogle. You might ask, why not manage products listings using Excel. Well, that depends. If you need to manage one or two products, just do it by hand. 'FroogleUp' would be of little help. But if you need to manage a whole catalog of products, 'FroogleUp' helps much. 'FroogleUp' not only allows managing your product listings in a stabling database system, it finally submits your listings to Froogle too. Since 'FroogleUp' is a fully integrated application, it ships with its own SQL database system and all communication protocols to submit listings to Froogle.
