Version: Folder Tweaker 1.1
Pros: -pick a pic...becomes background of inside of your selected folder.
-you can change your icons also.
-c'mon, it's free: no spyware/no adware/no virus!
Cons: just wish i knew how big a pic to fill the background; too small and they get multi-tiled.

Pros: Convenient and all, but...
Cons: Upon opening this file I discovered that all of the My Computer shortcuts had been converted to search shortcuts.
