FastMaint CMMS is preventive maintenance management software for small to mid-size maintenance teams. Uses--plant, facility, building, fleet, or other equipment maintenance. Designed to be fast to setup and use--no training required. Features: equipment register; task templates for planned and breakdown jobs; plan work, balance workloads and detect conflicts; track and update work status; insert pictures in documents; manage inventory; track labor and material costs; analysis and audit reports. Provides Parts management that produces nearly half the benefit of a CMMS. Uses built-in Microsoft Access 2000 or external Microsoft SQL Server database (requires FastMaint Professional/ FastMaint Web).

Version 4.6 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
