Categories You can record expenses under different categories. This categorization makes it possible to generate reports for a specific set of expenses. For instance in a situation where Your organization requires You to submit Your Medical reimbursement bills separately from other expense bills, You can assign 'Medical' category to all your medical expenses and later generate a report for all expenses under the 'Medical' category. ExpenseManager also allows you to set a Monthly Budget for each category thus besides tracking your expenses it also works as a budgeting tool. "good but slow once populated with data"
Summary: once you have a few months worth of data in it the start up time is very slow. also would be nice to be able to purge a date range rather then the entire d/b only. No way to check for duplicate entries other than visual going through the list. alway... read more >>

"Best Buy so far for my Blackberry Curve"
Summary: I'm on the move constantly flying around the world. This expense programme allows me to keep track of my expenses and handes a variety of currencies. Also has good reporting facilities and exports to my desk top. Well worth the money.
