"This is a helpful and easy understandable utility."
Pros: Nice look, easy use and useful for keeping track of customers.
Cons: Maybe the download size. With broadband this is not a problem however.

Pros: Pretty powerful little app if you use it to it's fullest ... doesn't appear to contain any show-stopper bugs, no spy/adware ...
Cons: Limited to 5 Uses ...
