Version: EssentialPIM 2.11
Cons: but if it ever stops crashing on Vista I'd keep it. For now, Lotus Organizer is my choice of a PIM.

"Great tool and was able to update with other calendars."
Pros: Was able to (with some addition steps) take my Yahoo Calendar and upload it to my Window Calendar in Vista. You need to convert Yahoo?s calendar to CSV format, use the Yahoo CSV to iCal Convertor and read the resulting ICS file into Essential PIM (windows calendar will not read the ICS file wrong format) using Essential to save a different ICS file that window calendar will use, I was also able to upload the calendar to my cell phone. I am using the To Do feature as a simple scheduler. So far really like the software.
Cons: Would like for it to import calendars in csv format also.
