Version: EssentialPIM 1.6
Pros: It is free. It is fast. It delivers beyond expectations. Taking down "Notes" is a nifty feature of this utility - now there is a separation of comments or asides from the tasks. It is even possible to create a rudimentary Outline with "Notes". EssentialPIM packs a wallop for a free and light utility.
Cons: Multi-user capabilities are available only in the Pro version :-(
