Easy2Add software are free and fastest way to create Microsoft Outlook events (appointments,all day events) from Plain English. With the purchased version you will get support for tasks, contacts and notes. Don't like filling out complicated Outlook Appointments forms? Easy2Add can (in most cases) read your mind. If you type in something like (Lunch with Mom at Home 11am Sunday), Easy2Add can figure out what you mean and create the new Calendar event right onto your Outlook calendar, even when Microsoft Outlook is closed. In the same way you can add or update your contacts and task data or enter a quick note. Easy2Add simplifies the way how you add any data to your Outlook. The application automatically translates your inputs and adds them to corresponding Outlook folder. You can start using it from Vista Sidebar or by clicking on the Easy2Add tray icon.
Version 1.2 supports Contacts and Notes.

Recognize all types of item by typing prefix: "TASK:", "TSK:", "T:", "TODO:", "DO:", or , "APP:", "CAL:", "A:", "MEET:", "CONTACT:", "C:", "NOTE:", "NOTES:", "N:" and others.The same with tasks:To do in subject,Due and Start.

doesn't support spanish or french,or german.

Very impressive product! I have bought it immediately after installing the trial version, because it has the functionality of the full version.
