From Richland & Associates :Easy Invoice generation software is an invoicing tool for small to mid-size companies of any business. As you fill in the screen layout similar to the invoice form, you are actually building up your databases with not only the sales information, but also with the master data information such as customer, product, payment terms, shipment methods, FOB points, that are used later repeatedly. When you finished filling up the screen, one click of mouse will print invoice, packing list, and records the sales information automatically.

"DO NOT BUY - NOT WORTH USING - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ANY PRICE"
Cons: This software is not worth using. It looks good at first, and they coax you into buying, which I did. But after using it for a month, it scrambled several times. It lost PAID flags, scrambled customers with invoices, and became impossible to use efficiently as the customer data base grew. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ANY PRICE. I asked for a refund with no results.

"stop, can not print even you buy a licence."
Pros: No address or phone of company.

Pros: Exports to Excel.
Cons: For some stupid reason registration is a two step process weeks a part. Which left me dead in the water at one point (Could not print invoices). After a year
of use the data base crashed the company refused to give me a new install key. You would think I should have been able to use the original. Customer support is also nonexsistant. Needless to say I no longer use the product.

"very easy to use, great functionality"
Pros: easy to customise, creat and email invoices as well as tracking your income and outstanding accounts
Cons: has a nice balance sheet feature but has no ability to enter your expenses
