This program makes an attractive option for those seeking a virtual diary. DiaryOne lets you protect your private thoughts with a password. In terms of interface, the application scores big points, boasting a welcoming look that's highly reminiscent of an old-school, printed diary. An included skin will change the color scheme to hot pink. You get a variety of ways to tweak how your entries appear: you can make text bold or italicized; change the font name and size; add photos, videos, and audio files; and print any information. You can e-mail your diary directly to your friends. You'll find plenty of ways to search for specific entries, as well as a basic finance-management tool. Because of its handsome design and wealth of features, DiaryOne gets the thumbs-up.Publisher's description

Version: DiaryOne 5.0
""My First Diary" for sweet little girls in pink dresses..."
Pros: The interface is really nice and cute: your workspace looks like a "real, oldfashioned, paper-made" diary. Bright and colourful. The program is very user-friendly, even for younger kids. Besides daily text entries, you can personalise the pages with images, emoticons, different stationaries and skins (although the collection offered by the program itself is -in neat words- "minimal".
Cons: Like I said before, I think DiaryOne is perfect for sweet little girls... or for anyone who feels like one! Personally, as a 28-year-old-little-girl, I don't think that DiaryOne could forfill my needs...
