DeskBox is a simple but effective utility that helps you to manage your personal data and work data. You can treat it as a "to do" list, a birthday reminder, or a document manager. But it does more than just that.

Items of information are stored as Messages and organized by Boxes. A Box is not just a folder, but a function with its own unique characteristics. For example, messages in a Birthday Box have name and birthday functions incorporating features which alert you to the number of days pending before a birthday, and the age of the individual in question. These features are not found in messages in the "To do" Box.
