From Dencom New Zealand :Dencom Global Address Book is an application that integrates into Outlook 97/98/2000 in CW mode /XP and 2003, which allows many clients to share a common set of email contacts. It does not replace Outlook Contacts. The Application consists of 2 parts. A separate application that creates and manages the database of contact records. And the Outlook Client that allows access to the database. The client can run in two modes. Create/Update mode, which from with in Outlook you can add/delete and modify records, and the second mode, is read only where clients can only few the data, they still can send email, just cannot change the details. The Application fits any size network that requires sharing a common set to contact details.
