Database Designer is a tool for designing and developing standalone custom commercial database applications for beginners and experts alike. No programming experience is required. Design and distribute your own personal database software with a few clicks of the mouse, with the simple math functions that are similar to those used in spreadsheets, you can add, subtract, multiply, or divide each field. Database applications feature the ability to export your databases to HTML, a text file, or a CVS text file. With the added e-mail field, you can store e-mail addresses and send e-mail and record with the built-in mail client. New statistical menu item and a new choice of calendar field boxes. Most compiled database applications are less than 1MB in size, with no installing required.
Version 9.78L includes support for Solvenski Language.

Pros
Saves a lot of codeing time and is extremly easy to use.
Cons
Has some limitations as space, limited "if then" routine, some minor dates calculation problems and a bit unstable for data searching.
