Not a single thing, been using it for years!
Summary
I have used this toolkit to build what has become the most powerful ETL tool anywhere. Used by many Fortune 100 clients of mine, DataSlave and it's staff never lets me down. There is simply nothing better for programmatic ETL at any price.

Pros
This is a very powerful product that can be put to many uses. The inbuilt functions for connectivity, data manipulation and validation make life much easier than if you were trying to do it from scratch.
Cons
The fact that the licensing require either internet connectivity or a dialogue with Baycastle can be a hassle, but only a small one.

Pros
Great ease of use and the drag and drop way you can pull complex data transformations together is excellent. With DataFlex data this did what other drivers failed to do. Great support too.
Cons
No cons I'm afraid!
Summary
This product dug us out of a major hole with a project to access DataFlex data and transform it reliably into SQL Server. We had this up and running in minutes and great service meant we had a license key very quickly. Whilst the interface takes a bit of learning, the online demo is a great idea and once up and running we could do things in DataSlave in moments that had taken a long time in SQL. I can't fault it and just wish I had more projects that I could use this product with!

Used DataSlave on a complex data conversion project involving hundreds of text and excel flatfiles, each in a different data format. Couldn't have gotten through the project without this tool. Ian from DataSlave was extremely helpful and responsive with support. Great product, great app to have in toolbox for database guys.

The product uses object building blocks that provide the ability to customize data transfers to achieve my objectives. The objects make it easy to step through a conversion, analyzing the data at each step. Email support was excellent.
Cons
It would be nice if documentation included more detailed examples.
