"Excellent, feature rich service desk software ideal for SMEs"

I have been using Close Support for a few years now and have racked up over 30000 calls on it. It has never failed me and is always very quick to respond. If you want an easy to use, flexible and responsive service desk software then i cannot recommend it more.

Simple setup. Logical to use. The product set includes an Email Responder for automated response to emailed support requests and a Web Module with a simple interface making it ideal for use by end-users.
The central element of the product is the Close Support Desktop. This is a superbly designed application that our help desk technicians have taken to like ducks to water!
What more can I say? It is great value and we get a good, personal service from the peope at Close Fit Software.
