Version: Close Support Help Desk Software 2.95.02
"Excellent, feature rich service desk software ideal for SMEs"
Pros: I have been using Close Support for a few years now and have racked up over 30000 calls on it. It has never failed me and is always very quick to respond. If you want an easy to use, flexible and responsive service desk software then i cannot recommend it more.
