To answer your questions, you can open previous records by going to File, Year, then select your year.
You can find the answers to most of your questions on the online KnowledgeBase (from www.checkmark.com go to Support > KnowledgeBase), or email us at info@checkmark.com or call us at 970-225-0522.
The program is user friendly and comes with 60 days free support and after that we offer yearly support plans or $3/min support for user error issues. If you download the trial version and decide to purchase, the data can easily be transferred and we can help you with that. -

no way to open previous pay records. support costs $3/minute, no online support, no help at all
Summary
must be a better way. overpriced for an app. with no support whatsoever. I'd give it 5 stars if there was any support. they must take lessons on crappy customer service from Intuit.
