From Chatstat :ChatStat is a service for Web site owners to add live chat and statistical tracking services to their Web sites for the purpose of performing sales and support chats and monitoring traffic trends over time. Talk to your Web visitors using a familiar and efficient instant messenger format. Instead of buddy names you will see the names and IP addresses of your visitors. Additionally, you can switch to stats mode and see a myriad of different informational graphs accompanied by exact stats.
The program offers: live chat and statistics for your Web site that allows real time stats analysis as well as direct 2-way conversation with your visitors in a chat window; integrated online & offline messaging system to communicate with your customers; real-time monitoring of your visitors on your Web site; a Web-based, turn-key plug-in that combines the two most important systems of any e-commerce site, live sales assistance and statistical analysis.

"Good features but don't connect"
Pros: User interface and all the features are excellent.
Cons: The client doesn't connect. The server is always down. :((
For this reason it's not possible to use it.

Pros: This software will allow you to monitor, log, and chat with anyone who visits your Web site. It is well thought out and will help you to create new marketing strategies and increase sales across the board.
