One of the problems with Business Card Readers, Business Card Scanners and OCR is that they just are not accurate enough!Cloudstaff QA Labs tested every Business Card scanner in the App store (May 2012) and found an average of between 60% to 90% accuracy - and when you're dealing with a potential customers - that just isn't good enough!Card Attach is a "double keyed" transcription service. A photo of you card will be sent to CloudStaff's Data Capture Specialists. It will keyed by two separate specialists, if there is a discrepancy it will be escalated to a 3rd specialist.This is one of the most accurate way to turn business cards into useful contacts!------------------ How it Works------------------ Use the Business Card Attach to take a photo of the Business card. If the card has information the reverse side, just tap the photo on the screen to turn the card over, then snap a photo of the reverse side. Easy! Next you can choose a Category for the card or add it to your CRM system if you have registered your logon with us. Tap Process Card The card photo is uploaded to the friendly folks at CloudStaff who will double key the card, check it. We then email it back to you as a vCard - so you can use it any program.--------------------------- How much does it cost?---------------------------We'll double key 10 free business cards per month. We are at present in Soft Launch and not charging any additional fees, but we are looking at $5.95/mth for each additional 20 cards (no charges apply during our soft launch - but please limit your cards to about 20 per month) ------------------ Privacy------------------What about Privacy? - We promise not to keep or use the card details that belongs to you, not us.
