From Decision Technologies :The Broadband Download Monitor is a tool that tracks your downloads and alerts you as you get near a limit that you set. If you're thinking of switching broadband packages, you can also use it to measure your usage and see what limit you could comfortably cope with a new ISP.
Version 1.3 fixes some issues with shut-downs and installer (remember existing settings upon re-install)/un-install/registry as well as more cleaner uninstall.
What's new in this version:
Version 1.2 includes unspecified updates.

Pros: no spyware or virus ..
Cons: This worked when i first installed it for about an hr then it did not regester anything i was downloading .
I did try the things listed on trouble shooting but to no avail . -

"Not bad software but too controlling."
Pros: Run nicely in the background, aesthetically it looks nice.
Cons: It needs you to register, and every time you want to use it, it has to log you on online. Window automaticlly open during boot-up and just sits there if your not online. Lacks some basic details and options.
Summary: Was ok in the begininning but logging on every time to use a basic piece of software like this is rediculous. Couldn't bare looking at it's log on screen every time I booted up the computer when not online and then having to close it.
