A scalable, client/server application for Windows 95/NT, it allows you to track problems and issues within your technical department and easily eliminates communication bottlenecks. Its features include dynamic definition of fields to track, hot lists, graphs, automatic paging, an email interface, reports, and a query function for searching within your issue history. Whether or not you have a formal help desk, this program can help you control technical issues. With version 1.5, Bridge now allows you to define whatstatus codes indicate an open or closed issue. When a "closed" status is entered on anissue, the current date/time is entered as the resolved date/time. The user making the status change is entered as the resolver. In addition to being able to develop virtually any customgraph, Bridge now offers a variety of predefined graphs. Improved international date support makes Bridge 97 fully compatible with all date formats.
