Version: Boachsoft SmartManager 2009.3

"great product, poor coustomer service."

Pros: easy to set up and to use, very afforable.

Cons: poor ratting when it comes to help.
i have the product for 3 years and my Data base gets bigger and the program stops running, It is very difficult to get help from Boachsoft. even if you offer to pay.

Summary: I wish they can help me faster when my Data Base get inoperable, one time tokk them more than one month to fix it. can any body exept them help with my DB?
