Here's a powerful piece of office software that won't put you in the red. With the free BillQuick Lite, you can generate intermediate invoices, track money outflow, and assess total payments with ease. Though the interface looks busy, with a multitude of icons and options, the Outlook-style layout makes the app familiar even for first-time users. Role-based navigation streamlines the workflow and keeps confusion mostly at bay.
Overall, we found it quite intuitive, though the icons could be more explicit. The file size of the download is rather large, and the installation takes correspondingly long. But that's a minor quibble, more than offset by the zero-dollar price. From charting billable hours to managing multiple fee schedules, contractors won't be able to believe their luck with BillQuick Lite.

Pros: Looks spiffy, looks professional, seems like a nice program.
Cons: Blatantly lied to CNET about being free. It isn't free. This isn't the lite version. It is the full version. That's unethical. Makes me concerned.

Pros: Looks Like a good software if you are billing time or projects
Cons: Wast of time if you are looking for somthing free

"Not worth the trouble of downloading"
Pros: Seemed easy to use
Cons: All major features are disabled in the Lite version and are available by upgrading to the $495.00 version. Plus it took 36 minutes to download on my DSL connection. Very large file
Summary: Don't waste your time with this product unless you do not mind shelling out the $495.00 it would cost to have a fully functional program

Cons: This is not freeware. Hardly free to try either, as the tryout period is only one week.
