From Zevrix Solutions :

BatchOutput PPT automatically outputs multiple Microsoft PowerPoint documents to the selected printer. With virtual PDF printers, such as Adobe PDF or CUPS-PDF, you can automate creation of PDF files from PowerPoint. You can also e-mail or fax multiple documents using such virtual printer as PageSender. Just add PowerPoint files to the BatchOutput PPT list, adjust the settings, and BatchOutput will do the rest for you automatically.
BatchOutput is also available for Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe InDesign
Beta-testers who provide feedback will receive a free copy of BatchOutput PPT (see beta Read Me for details).

What's new in this version:

The 'Print Hidden Slides' option is now available.
Menus updated with the proper application names.
