Atrex features point-of-sale invoicing, order entry, quotations, integrated purchase orders, RMAs to track vendor returns, multiple-job service orders and simple receivables, payables, and bank account tracking. Fifteen-character alphanumeric stock codes make the system flexible and scalable. An intuitive interface helps you and your employees quickly become proficient users. The database tracks both serialized and non-serialized inventory. You can add customers, vendors, and stock codes on the fly and maintain multiple pricing levels on your products. To help you make decisions and see how much more efficiently you are managing your inventory, Atrex comes with a report generator and more than 60 reports. There is support for credit card magnetic stripe readers, receipt printers, reprintable receiving lists, and PO drop shipping. Version 6.0 adds recurring invoicing, additive descriptions, tax categories, automatic posting of payments, enhanced backup/restore, and more.
