CNET Editors' review
Astrid may look unassuming when you first encounter it, but the free, open source task and to-do list-maker has customization settings beneath its skin. Type to add a new task. You can leave the note to self where it is, or select the entry to edit elements like importance settings, tags, notes, deadlines, recurring reminders, and alerts. We like being able to add tasks to Android's calendar, and that there's an option to sync with online reminder service Remember the Milk.Publisher's Description

"One of the most useful Android Apps"
Version: Astrid for Android 3.7
Pros
Easy to use, nice interface, and great integration with online task list. A good (not great) widget interface.
Cons
I wish the widget appearance and size can be altered. You are stuck with a 2x2 widget only.
Summary
This is one of my required apps. It is easy to use and it just works. Recent updates have added Google Tasks and Producteev to the list of online task syncing.
The widget work well but only comes in one size. I personally use "Pure Calendar Widget" (another of my required app) which allows me to integrate Astrid tasks directly into my calendar.
