Advanced Time Reports Professional is an intuitive program that allows users to easily track the time they spend on various projects. Unlike other programs of this type, Advanced Time Reports Professional avoids the trap of trying to cram too many features into one program, instead leaving users with just the necessities. This makes the program extremely easy to learn and use.
The program's interface is clean and uncluttered. The first time it's opened, users are instructed to enter clients and their respective projects and rates. Users can then easily track their activities by selecting the proper client and project, describing the work done, and entering the amount of time spent on it. The program shows each day's activities in an easy-to-read grid, and custom time sheets can be created for different combinations of users, projects, clients, and time periods. The program supports multiple users, making it a great choice for both independent contractors and those working as part of a team. The program's built-in Help file is well done, with thorough explanations and plenty of screenshots. Overall, we found this program extremely easy to use, and busy professionals are likely to enjoy both its simplicity and versatility. Users who want to get in and out of a program quickly without messing around with lots of menus and options will find that Advanced Time Reports fits the bill.
