From ElcomSoft :If you have forgotten your password for your Access 95/97 database, this utility is designed to recover it quickly. It can also remove the password protection from the database, and change the password to another one.
This download shows only the first three letters of the password, and the other ones are replaced with # characters (the length of the password is correct). The full version is $30.
