From ElcomSoft :Advanced Access Password Recovery can quickly recover your password for your Access 95/97 database. It can also remove the password protection from the database as well as change your password.
Version 2.3 had better support for Access 2000, the ability to copy passwords to the Clipboard, and fixed some small bugs. In Version 2.4 the printing password is hex form and there are a few minor bug fixes.
This download shows only the first three letters of the password, and the other ones are replaced with # characters. The full version costs $30.
