From ActFax Communication Software :ActiveFax enables you to send and receive fax messages from any Windows or Unix application. It interprets the printer sequences of HP LaserJet, Epson LQ, and Postscript (optionally), so that a fax message or e-mail is of the same appearance as the corresponding printout. ActiveFax has been enhanced with support for dialogic gammalink faxboards.
Build 0175 came with support for Windows Me and multi-ISDN controllers, as well as other enhancements and bug fixes.
Build 0177 now includes Dialing Rules and Status Notification through a Serial Interface (RS-232).
In Build 0183, support for Windows-XP and Tiff Group 4 file format has been added.
