ActiveFax enables you to send and receive fax messages from any Windows or Unix application. It interprets the printer sequences of HP LaserJet, Epson LQ, and Postscript (optionally), so that a fax message or e-mail is of the same appearance as the corresponding printout. It supports Windows Me and multi-ISDN controllers. <p>Build 0186 comes with enhanced support for fax class-1 modems, better compression for fax archives, a lot of new program options, and other small improvements and bug fixes.
