From AccSoft Shareware :Account Pro is a user-friendly, multilingual (English, French, Spanish, German, Danish, and now Dutch), multi-currency accounting program suitable for small and medium-sized businesses and institutions, as well as for private users who want to manage personal finances or those of an association. Account Pro is based on the bookkeeping method called double entry. The program is capable of networking, can handle up to 2,000 client accounts, and has a function for automatic entry of tax and discount transactions. It allows the user to allocate transactions to cost centers and projects.
Version 7.69h contains additional features to the user-defined reports. Simple multiplication and division is now possible. This version also adds the option to automatically convert a system's base currency from an EU currency to euro when carrying the system over to a new accounting period. There is now an option to "freeze" transactions. Frozen transactions can neither be edited nor deleted. Also, it is impossible to enter any new transactions in the frozen period.
Note: Registration costs $99.95. The unregistered version contains a disabled report header and random registration reminder pop-up screens after more than 200 transactions have been entered.
