    "Software Sucks. Customer Service sucks even more."

    It is hard to think of any.

    Cons

    Bad Design. Terrible programming.
    Very buggy.

    Summary

    Seems like it was designed and written by a bunch of programmers in India who have never seen the inside of a hotel/motel in North america. It seems like it was never tested before being sold.

    They sell a buggy software, and then want you to pay for support. They have disabled my password and locked my out of a system that I paid for until I pay for support. I am going to file a complaint.

    "Software is Glitchy, Support is a joke"

    Inexpressive.

    Cons

    You will regret it, Anytime you need support, they give you a run around. Look elsewhere instead of getting stuck. They never know who pays, so support will never help you till they get verification which is god knows when.

    Summary

    I would look for better solution from a company that does not run like a mom and pop store, running a business, you need support quickly and you will not get it here. Also, lots of hassles dealing with these people.

    "Stay away from this software! Warning, do not use this!"

    easy user friendly interface.

    Cons

    bad programming. horrible customer service. FULL of bugs and errors.

    Summary

    STAY AWAY FROM BUYING THIS SOFTWARE...OR DOWNLOADING FOR "FREE".

    we have used it for last 3 years. at first, everything was fine. shortly after, bugs started to pop up and our entire system would freeze. customer data base and information all lost! called for customer service, and got first response in 3 months. we weren't able to understand anything they said. finally they connected via remote access and "fixed" the problems - took 5 minutes. they will not even talk to you until you pay up service contract fees which will run more than $500 if you have small size property and a few networking computers. what's really funny is that all these bugs start to pop up exactly right after the contract end date. what a coincidence! ...three years in a row.

    "Good software, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"

    Easy to use, some nice features

    The company provides terrible, free technical support after the initial purchase. It provides NO SUPPORT (customer service or technical support) after the free period ends unless you pay for it. This includes responding to general inquiry emails.

    Summary

    I bought the software in 2008, immediately had technical problems installing it. I wrote and called technical support, but got no help. Some emails were answered, but most were not. I solved the problems myself. I never received a receipt for my purchase of the software and have requested one several times over the last 16 months, to no avail.

    I recently purchased a new computer and requested (via email and their license request form on the website) a new serial number, as well as my sales receipt. I received no response until I wrote a "shouting" email asking if they were still in business. The reply was that I had not bought a support contract and until I did, they would not respond to me. I wrote back explaining that these were customer service issues and not support issues. The response was that as soon as I purchased a support contract they would deal with my issues.

    "First Impression is good"

    This software first impression is good. Mean installation is good. When run this software in your computer. Then machine operating system is slow.

    Cons

    . If you are check in software that time database corrupted that massage is pop up, ?You are changing date two or three time?. Support team is not good his language is not clarified. I called five times but no response.

    Summary

    Then I had contact to company boss. He is telling me that I have mail you in 24 hour. Left 30 days but mail has not come from ASI Front desk. I think he is not capable to solve this issue and client satisfaction. Boss is too poor. Because in not enough employees to in this company. It will have closed.

    "Terrible Customer Service - Full of bugs"

    Good for ASI, good for their bottom line.

    Cons

    Customer service held previous year's data hostage unless we paid the yearly tech support fee. Taxes never line up with set tax rate. Rpts were full of bad calcs, ie. average of average, OCC% rate for the year far from correct. No data dictionary.

    Summary

    Bad buy, Spend a little more money to get good customer service that you can understand and is willing to take care of the customer base. We are a small motel and still found their services repugnant and inadequate. Consider this your warning to not waste your money on this solution.

    Started to look great. If I could use it and save money it would be great.

    I don't mind paying as long as I get something that works. I will stick with my current provider.

    "False Advertising"

    Downloaded, Installed and immediately informed that my trial was over and I needed to purchase the software. Waste of time since I will not purchase without trying.

    "I does not function"

    Cons

    It is supposed to provide a 45 day trial period but the software stops working in the very first session. There is obviously a problem with the trial timing period which indicates, to me as a programmer, bad programming!
