From HappyJackRoad :ADBWeatherPlus is a Today Screen Plugin and stand-alone application which allows you to view USA and International weather forecasts on your PocketPC. It does require a connection to the Internet from the PocketPC, but is designed to still function while offline.
Version 3.17 includes a modification of National Weather Service data forecast, which should help resolve isolated regions where forecasts were not working.
CNET Editor's Note: You will need to manually uninstall ADBWeather2002 or ADBWeather2000 as ADBWeather Plus does not automatically remove the earlier applications.
