Doesn't appear to be a real product, once you pay for it.
Summary
Before I ordered this, I should have visited CNET and checked it out thoroughly. Instead, I was in a hurry to get an email campaign off the ground. The price of this program seems to be amazing, and I attributed that to the fact that this was a foreign company with low overhead. I paid the $26 through PayPal to get the license, but it never came to my email. I emailed ABO, and filled out a contact form on their website, which promised to reply "within the hour." Of course, they never did reply. One of the two phone numbers I found was disconnected, and the other rings and rings with no answer. With the exception of two of the reviews posted, they are written by company employees or owners, shilling for their own products. It's quite obvious when you see how poor the English skills are. I'll try to get my money back through PayPal, but who knows if it's even worth it after they take out the fee for the exchange rate?
Well, after posting this review, I received my license in email. I'll post more after my first campaign.
My recommendation is to save your money, and purchase a legitimate software package or subscribe to a program like Constant Contact. Don't try to save money by buying from a shady, foreign company that offers no recourse, and as far as I can tell, doesn't offer a working product either.
So, I learned a lesson and it cost me $26. Hopefully, you'll learn your lesson from my mistake, and save your own money.

A novel thought but lacking any capabilities.

First - If you review all the positive statements you will find that they are left by some of the staff members at the software developer which is very misleading, and I knew this but this software looked promising on a conceptual level.
Software locks up on execution and you will be blacklisted by Google right away since the software does not sufficiently provide measures to guard against gmail's throttle and volume stop gaps.
As far as support...well let's just say that if in India pointing out the obvious is called support then this team gets the trophy....other than that you are on your own.
Don't even try to use the verification tools....they have no effective capabilities accept to tell you that every email you have on file is invalid....hey....I would've did that myself.Summary
As in the rest of life you get what you pay for...there is a money back offer but why waste the time. Keep my money AB mailer...you need it more than I. I will say that the response time is quick once they wake up and get to the office but if your consider support to be "If it isn't hurting the program then why worry" acceptable....go for it!
I say stay away.....take your twenty six dollars and buy a case of beer and watch Netflix.... Transformers could be nice. -

The email verifier allows you to verify emails... i think 500 at a time. It is a very great tool available at a meager budget and can be used by small companies to compete with bigger ones in market place. The best thing that the software comes with is a one time lifelong payment
Cons
Version 2.5 to 5.5 had some issues in display of images in IE. The new version available at hmailer dot org is best version
