It is designed to be simple and easy to use with only four virtual desktops. You can change between desktops by holding the control keys specified in options and moving the pointer to the left and right edge of monitor screen. Can also send windows between virtual desktops by right clicking the little window then going to show window in desired virtual desktop and then clicking the window title from shortcut menu.

Small, Light and Easy to use

Pros
Installing Virtual Win on a Windows PC will take little time. Virtual Win provides access to 4 virtual desktops. There are several means of switching from one desktop to another. Virtual Win is free software (consider making a donation).

None that I could think of.

Virtual Win acknowledges that sometimes, 1 desktop is not enough. And so, it puts a grand total of 4 virtual desktops at your disposal. Install this application on your Windows PC, run it, and presto, you'll have access to 4 desktops instead of 1. Speaking about installing Virtual Win on your Windows PC, you'll be glad to know that little time will go into the whole thing. You'll have to download a small installer, and that will take very little time. After you run the downloaded installer, you'll have to follow a setup wizard's simple instructions, and that will take little time as well. Launch Virtual Win and two things will show up in the lower right hand corner on your desktop: Virtual Win's system tray icon and Virtual Win's Desktop Viewer (the small panel right above the clock). From these two you can access the About Menu, exit the application, and effortlessly switch from one desktop to another. Speaking about that, there are several ways of switching from one desktop to another: 1. Right click Virtual Win' system tray icon -> Go To Desktop -> select the desktop. 2. Click on the Desktop Viewer to switch from one desktop to another. 3. Move the mouse cursor to the far right hand side to move from desktop 1 to desktop 2 and to the far left to move from desktop 2 to desktop 1, and so on. Please note that if you go to the Option Keys menu and select a control key, like Left Shift for example, you'll have to hold down Left Shift to move from one desktop to another.
