Launcher for Windows

This handy application offers quick access to your files and applications, and it couldn't be easier to use. Launcher's sleek, skinnable toolbar can be placed anywhere on your screen. Seamlessly drag and drop files and programs to populate the toolbar, or right-click and select from a list of preset icons. Options in the right-click menu let you manage buttons, select skins, and keep the program always on top.

Though the demo limits you to 32 buttons, the full version lets you add more than 500 by adjusting the number of columns and rows. Though Launcher duplicates some Windows functionality, it offers a much easier way to create shortcuts and organizes them into one easily accessible location. It's easy to set up and use, and a great time-saver.
