Cons
I didn't get to try it because after I downloaded it I scanned it and it turned out to be a virus.

Pros
interesting settings as transparency and snaps. really free. Very flexible and easy interface, to meet any requirement.
Cons
I would like to put larger icons, also in other formats as jpeg. So the bar could be easier to reach and save more time.

needs more clicks I would like, because of the categories display format.
Needs to be related to a shortcut to really save time if your dont want to call it with your mouse everytime you need it, other way you should have it always in top of the screen.
Summary
Does what anyone would want Categoties,Tools,Folders, Add To What else Is There
