Radial Menu is completely different from any other application launcher. It doesn't tie in or change the standard Windows start menu but runs as any other regular application. Using Radial Menu will make the Windows start menu redundant for the most part.

With Radial Menu you can create a complete personalized menu which is presented as a circle. Add items manually or drag applications, documents or any other file to Radial Menu. Create as many groups and subgroups as you like. There is also no limit to the number subgroup levels.

Various settings let you decide the look and feel of Radial Menu. Choose a theme, and set the size of Radial Menu. You can choose to show Radial Menu on top of all windows and if you want to collapse Radial Menu to a small round button on starting a program or clicking outside the menu.

Radial Menu doesn't use a database so there is no need to install one. With a size of only 5 mb it's a quick download and easy install.
