  Pros

  Simply Everything! I have not seen this, I would not have imagined a single software doing so many thing for which we would need 20-30 different tools.

  Cons

  Per version 4.9, had some glitches on Win7. There are some improvements that can be done, compared individual software for different features.

  Summary

  Most powerful and versatile software I used on Windows. Even after 7-8 years of using it, I still have some features/options to explore / utilize. As name suggests, it forces normal/general user to become a power-user ;)<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Nov 25, 2012<p/>* One of the most beautiful thing is that it takes just about 4MB of memory (per Task Manager).

  Does everything it is supposed to do, intuitive user interface, lots of useful internal commands, good options when starting programs

  Cons

  None at all

  Summary

  I use it to start my most commonly used programs, it takes very little room and is always on top (unlike XP's tool bars - even when they are set to be on top).
